Why Study in Malaysia?

Malaysia is becoming an increasingly popular destination for tertiary education, with over 40,000 international students from more than 100 countries. It has become a hub for academic and higher education excellence in the region.

Quality Education Programs
Education in Malaysia is closely regulated by the government to ensure high standards. Malaysian institutions offer career-focused, up-to-date, and market-relevant courses. International students can earn accredited degrees from top global universities from the UK, USA, Australia, Canada, and New Zealand through twinning programs or branch campuses in Malaysia.

Affordable Living and Tuition Fees
Tuition fees for accredited programs in Malaysia are affordable, making it an attractive option for international students. The cost of living is also relatively low, with students able to live comfortably on an annual budget of around RM10,000 (USD 3,300). Additionally, the favorable exchange rate offers significant savings for students.

Courses Taught in English
English is the primary language of instruction in Malaysia’s private higher educational institutions, so international students will not face language barriers. For those needing extra support, many institutions offer basic English courses to help improve language skills.

Multicultural Study Environment
Studying in Malaysia allows international students to experience life in a diverse and multicultural society. With Malays, Chinese, Indians, and other ethnic groups, Malaysia offers a rich cultural experience. Students from various backgrounds have the opportunity to interact and learn from one another, broadening their global perspective and understanding of different cultures.
