Documents Required for University Application:
- Scanned copy of your passport
- Scanned copies (original) of all educational certificates and marksheets
- Scanned copies (original) of two academic reference letters (for postgraduate applications)
- Statement of Purpose (SOP)
- Scanned copy (original) of UKVI/Academic IELTS certificate
- Job experience letter (if applicable)
- Additional supporting documents (if available, e.g., certificates of extracurricular activities)
Documents Required for Tier 4 Visa Application:
- A valid passport
- Completed online visa application form
- Payment of the visa application fee
- Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS) payment
- Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) letter from your university
- Medical test (IOM-approved)
- Bank statement and bank solvency certificate (from an approved bank)
- Original educational certificates and marksheets
- IELTS/TOEFL certificate
- Job experience letter (if applicable)
- Additional supporting documents (if available, e.g., certificates of extracurricular activities)
Application Procedures
Intakes
The primary intake for most universities is in September/October. Some universities also offer an additional intake in January/February.
English Language Requirements
- Foundation Programs: UKVI IELTS is mandatory.
- Undergraduate Programs: UKVI/Academic IELTS score of 5.5 to 6.5 is required.
- Postgraduate Programs: UKVI/Academic IELTS score of 6.0 to 6.5 is required.
Academic Requirements
Undergraduate – Bachelor’s Degree:
- GPA of 4.75 to 5.0 in HSC or a minimum of 2C to 3A* in A Levels.
- Some universities require Math in 12th grade for Business and Science programs.
Postgraduate – Master’s Degree:
- Minimum CGPA of 2.50+.
- GRE or GMAT is generally not required for Business, Science, or Engineering programs.
- MBA programs at certain universities may require work experience and a GMAT score.
Each institution has its own entry requirements, which can vary. Your application will be assessed based on your current qualifications.

Visa Procedure and Fees
Points Required for Tier 4 General Student Visa
To successfully apply for a Tier 4 General Student Visa, you must score 40 out of 40 points:
- Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) Letter: 30 points
- Maintenance (Funds): 10 points
Funds to Show
- Studying within London boroughs: First-year tuition + £12,006
- Studying outside London boroughs: First-year tuition + £9,207
- Living Expenses: Estimated £500–£1,000 per month

Bank balance in a Savings Account or FDR Account (listed banks only).
Visa Application Fee
- Tier 4 (General) or Tier 4 (Child): £490
